DeRoyal® LMB Dynamic Wire-Foam™ Spring Extension Assist (Model 501) extends PIP joint with slight extension on MP. Adjustable. For finger flexion tightness and boutonniere (allows IP flexion). Force at 15° flexion is approximately 8 oz; at 90°, approximately 4 lbs.

Sizing: Measure extended finger from distal palmar crease to distal finger crease.
